Premier Bet PMU Mali have continued to fight the Coronavirus pandemic with donations of essential PPE to community services.
Alongside our charity wing, Premier Projects, we have provided COVID-19 protective kits to health centres and police headquarters. These include hand sanitizers, gloves and masks, to ensure the safety of all staff.
The list of recipients includes the police headquarters in the 5th, 9th and 14th District of Bamako, health centres in Badalabougou, Bamako Coura and Sokonico, and the National Director of Penitentiary Administration.
This follows on from Premier Bet PMU and Premier Projects’ donations of similar equipment to health centres.
A spokesman for Premier Projects commented: “It’s a pleasure to be able to give a helping hand to the communities we work in. These donations are to support important structures of Mali society and to protect those who may come into contact with the virus.
“This donation also reaffirms Premier Bet PMU’s dedication to CSR and giving back to those in need.”
Coronavirus cases in Mali have risen to over 2,000 at the time of writing. Sadly 125 people have passed away.
Please continue to exercise caution in Premier Bet PMU shops and with our agents. Remain socially distant from others and wear a mask where possible. Protect Africa, Mali.
