Our Communities
Our main purpose is to create shared value for the countries in which we operate as a commercial brand. Our plan is to unlock the power of sports, our main activity, to positivity impact the quality of life of locals and create more opportunities for the present and future young generation. Concretely, Premier Projects gitfs the local communities with high-end, safe and well designed sports facilities (football, basketball, MMA, tennis, volleyball…), open and free to everyone. In some countries, our project is even bigger as we are also developing sports academies for the youth to equip these children with the skills and abilities to broaden their horizons and achieve their dreams.

Our goal is to cultivate a workplace where both passion and business can thrive. We understand thar our people are not only incredible employees. They are innovative, passionate, entrepreneurial and self-driven individuals with their owns life and dreams. As a part of our Employees Engagement Programme, we create the “Be Very You” initiative to support their unique actions and nuture a space where they can completely be who they truly are.
Our Environmental Initiatives
We believe we all can do something to protect our planet and we intend to increase our action to play our part. In 2022, our goals, for all of our offices, are to set a recycling system and switch our search engine to Ecosia, the search engine that plants trees.
