Saturday, 1st of October, Premier Projects, officially launched Premier Academy Tanzania! After the very successful opening of Premier Projects Arena in Kigamboni, Tanzania, it’s official, we opened the very first Basketball Academy of our pan-African sports platform.
Premier Academy Tanzania
This academy is a basketball school, open to both boys and girls eager to develop their basketball skills. Our goal is to support the development of talented and passionate young basketball players and provide an environment where future basketball stars can rise and shine.
For the occasion, the Premier Projects team organised an open camp with 50 children (25 girls and 25 boys) and 9 coaches. However, this big launch started much earlier, at 6:00 am with the participation of our team and the Vice-President of the Tanzanian Basketball Federation (TBF) in a Sports TV show on National Television (TBC1) and on the Radio, where they announced the opening of the Academy and presented our game plan for the children.

Premier Projects is the CSR division of Premier Bet, a proudly African business and was created to give back to the communities where Premier Bet operates. As part of the 2021 CSR engagement, Premier Projects aims at creating the first pan-African sports platform to support the dream of the talented youth of Africa.
